Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ozark

I really have an issue with the breakfast.. Since the pandemic, I feel things should be more individualized , especially , milk. Bananas are too, over- ripened & the danishes have an artificial taste to me. Label names a fruit, but I can never seem to taste the fruit; just some type filling w/o the real fruit taste. Apple & Orange juice has an unpleasant taste to me ( like not real juice); leaves an aftertaste in my mouth. The beds look and feel clean,; the refrigerators sometimes has used foods/ drinks left inside;), the bathroom floor sometimes seem to need mopping to me. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice laundry area and both washer and dryer, now properly working. Hotel improvements are great since my first stay. Preferred to give a 4.5 rating but was unable to do so. I enjoyed my stay just every time I'm there the breakfast is the same-O, same-O! At least the apples are now great & banana are getting better. Thanks.

The room was perfect for our needs. All we needed was a place to sleep while visiting relatives. In exchange for a smaller room the price was significantly less. Usually at their price there are issues with cleanliness and repairs This was NOT the case with Microtel. The room and facility were clean and in good repair,. The staff was helpful and the bed was comfortable. I definitely recommend them if your looking for a nice economy hotel.

Very good location...clean and safe. Very nice and clean rooms. Light breakfast offerings. A very good, no frills, business type hotel.

The staff was extraordinarily kind and helpful. I had originally reserved a room for December 24-25, but had called to change it to the 25 only. Somehow my reservation was canceled completely. No problem for the staff, they registered us and changed the dates quickly and without any issues. Even though our stay was over Christmas Day, the staff was helpful and cheerful. I will stay here again.

Fairly good breakfast. Clean room. Check-in clerk started answering phone while I still had questions. I would have understood her answering and asking the person to hold, but she started a whole conversation with them. Beds were too hard. I won't be back.

Clean, well maintaielpful ned hotel with polite and homfy beds, adeqyssgte space in therooms. Adequate breakfastt. I would stay here again

This Hotel is really a great night's rest! The Lobby has a seating area with a good complimentary meal each morning :) They have certain 24 hour amenities including paid vending machines, and free Juice, and Coffee. The area is quiet, and the staff are friendly and doing a great job. Its modern looking, has three floors, and ample free parking spaces.

Very quiet & peaceful place to stay. Our room had a window seat and overlooked a beautiful pond and pasture. Lovely staff, as well.
